How to Proceed
 

1. Why should I register?    


By registering on our website you will be able to do a number of things, such as: pay your ticket, request a payment plan, elect to attend traffic school and be directly in contact with the court. Being registered allows easy accessibility to get information regarding your ticket & effortlessly puts you in direct communication with the court that issued your citation.


2. How do I register?    


You can register by going to Justice EZ Trac website and clicking on the ‘First time user’s, find your case link’ and follow the prompts.

After registering you may return the website at anytime by clicking on the ‘Returning User’ link.

Your username will be your 10 digit phone number plus the last 4 numbers of your social security number.

Your password will be your date of birth. (No spaces or dashes)

For example, username: 5205559999 + 2929 = 52055599992929

                     password: 01011977 (2 digit month, 2 digit day, 4 digit year)


3. My case is not in system    


Please click on Pay Ticket link and enter your complaint/citation/ticket and follow screen prompts to self enter ticket.

4. I am registered but cannot see my ticket information. What should I do?    


In order to view your ticket, you must first assign the ticket or case to your profile. If this is a new ticket, click on the Case Search button to find your case in the system or add it manually. Once you have assigned the case to your profile, click on the Case List button to find it.

5. How will I know if there are any changes to my case or if the court has sent me a message via JEZT?    



Having your email address registered under your user profile allows the system to send you an email notification if there are any changes made.

6. Can I request an extension on my court date?    


You may request an extension by messaging the court through the Message Center.

7. How can I make a payment for the full ticket amount?    


You may make a payment by locating your case and clicking on the ‘make payment’ button located at the bottom of the page and following the prompts from there.

8. Can I set up a payment plan?    


To request a payment plan, locate your case, click on the ‘make payment’ button located at the bottom of the page and following the prompts.

9. How do I plead 'Not guilty'?    


To plead not guilty, locate your case, click on the ‘make payment’ button located at the bottom of the page and follow the prompts.

10. Can I attend traffic school?    


You can just click Here for information about attending driving school.

11. When will my driver's license be reinstated?    


To find out when your driver's license will be reinstated, you will need to contact the court directly, as we have no information regarding suspensions.

12. How do I send proof of insurance or vehicle registration to the court?    


Please click on the Contact Court link. Then select the correct court your case was assigned to. Finally, attach a file of your insurance and it will be sent directly to the court. Please note: Make sure to include your case information in the message and be as detailed as possible on your request.

13. My case is not in system and is more than a year old    


Please click on the Contact Court link. Then select the correct court your case was assigned to. Finally, request information on your case. Please note: Make sure to include your case information in the message and be as detailed as possible on your request.

14. I don't know my case number or court.    


Please go to the AZ public access web site
http://apps.supremecourt.az.gov/publicaccess/caselookup.aspx   and look up your case by your name and Date Of Birth (DOB). Then come back here and click on the Contact Court link. Then use your found case information to select the correct court, and request information on your case. Please note: Make sure to include your found case information in the message and be as detailed as possible on your request.
